Please go through the procedure for calculation of outstanding money or loan as per Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules,2014:

We have to file Two types of Return: 1. DPT - 3 One Time Return

                                                           2. DPT - 3 Annual Return

1.DPT - 3 One Time Return: 

Any outstanding money or loan received by the company but not considered as deposits in terms of rule 2(1)(c) of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014:

Outstanding money or loan after 01.04.2014 to 31.03.2019 and still remains outstanding as on 31.03.2019.

2. DPT - 3 Annual Return:

Any amount of outstanding money or loan received by a company but not considered as deposits in terms of rule 2(1)(c) of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014:

The total amount of outstanding money as on 31.03.2019.(it includes all outstanding money including amount received before 01.04.2014 and remains outstanding as on 31.03.2019)

• Reach Sirsi, follow SH 143 (Sirsi-Yana- Gokarna Road) and reach (Achave)

• You can reach Moti Guda's Maarnadi by your Vehicle.
• Your trekking starts from Maarnadi and you need to walk around 3.5km in deep forest to reach Dore-Katte (Top View Point of Moti Gudda).
